What is your personal brand? Your personal brand is what sets you apart from all the other racers. In this day and age, you are not just a driver, if you are seeking real sponsorships.

The first two things you need to change about your team are:

You are not a driver, you are a brand spokesperson and influencer

You are no longer seeking sponsorship, you are seeking partnerships

Your team generates scores of thousands of impressions, your loyal fans buy the products and services on the side of your car. The Hero card you autograph, the Facebook, twitter, Instagram and snapchat posts… all impressions.

How do you attract those partnerships, it is a lot easier than you think, matching tee shirts for everyone around the car? Your current partners name on the side or back of your transporter, what about a tent that shows off that partners name and logo and keeps the car cooler. All these are branding that attracts followers and subsequently more partnerships.
