Cole Howard
Cole started his racing career in 2017 in the Bandit class. This first-time racing was just the appetizer for things to come. Cole and his team ran consistently and made the decision to move up in class for 2018.
A UMP Modified is a lightweight high horsepower class of car. The modified class will teach a driver and team about car control and setup unlike most other classes because of the high horsepower to weight ratio. Cole and his team were well up to the challenge competing in all feature events at Dells Raceway Park and garnering a heat race win. This consistency paid off at the season ending banquet with an eight place points finish and Dells Raceway Park Modified Rookie of The Year Award.
2019 showed the previous season was no fluke, in the twelve feature appearances Cole and his team amassed ten top ten and seven top five finishes. Cole and his team rolled into victory lane for seven heat wins. Cole and his team had established themselves as front runners every week and his year end point finished reflected those efforts. With a season point finish of 3rd place at Dells Raceway Park.
Cole and his team continued to show that consistency in 2020 with twelve feature appearances, garnering seven top ten feature finishes and two top five feature finishes. This resulted in an eight-place finish in the season final points standings.
Cole needed to step out of his modified for part of the 2021 season. In only four feature appearances in 2021 Cole finished in the top ten three times with one top five finish.
For 2022 Cole and his team have again taken the opportunity to take on new challenges, Cole and his team will be competing in the Pro Late Model division. Cole and his team will compete regularly at Dells Raceway Park and travel with the Big 8 Late Model series.
Cole and his team have shown to be a consistent front running team with a professional look.
